Kent Drotar, PR Director, will introduce us to the Wild Animal Sanctuary. This sanctuary specializes in rescuing and caring for large predators which are being ill-treated, for which their owners can no longer care, or which might otherwise be euthanized. Created in 1980, The Wild Animal Sanctuary is situated on grassland northeast of Denver, and currently houses over 500 rescued animals. |

Mr. Brown will discuss Colorado's "Gallagher" constitutional amendment and the legislature's referred measure on the November ballot to repeal that amendment. "Building a Better Colorado" is a non-partisan and non-advocacy statewide effort to promote constructive dialogue among community leaders to improve statewide policies for the betterment of our state. The legilature's proposal to repeal the Gallagher Amendment was a concensus policy recommendation which grew out of BBCO's "Colorado Conversation" in 37 communities in 2019.

The Club is sponsoring a celebration to honor Scott for his presidential year. This will be held across the street from Tom and Janis’ house in the huge grassy parkway. Bring your own lawn chairs and be sure to wear a mask. We will be social distancing. The menu includes Santiago’s burritos, guacamole and chips, dessert, wine, beer and sparkling water.
