Denver Mile High Rotary - Community Service

I am a member of the Denver Mile High Rotary Club that participated in your Toys for Tots program for the first time. We were honored to have SSgt Martinez and SSgt Vingua visit our Club on Dec. 2 and 9. They were excellent spokesmen for the Marine Corps and for the program. Our members enjoyed visiting with them very much We greatly appreciate the efforts of our member Keith Ives, a Marine reservist, for arranging these visits.

I am delivering some toys received today, along with checks totaling $225.00 and cash of $50.00 for Toys for Tots.

As one who served with the 1^st Bn. 2^nd Marines in 1953-55, I was proud to see the Corps in good hands.

We are delighted to participate in this program, and will look forward to next year.
